We are well known brass cable glands manufacturer and exporter among the leading brass manufacturers in India, due to the expertise and experience we have gained in two decades in the respected industry.

In 1985, DNG Cable Glands had been established by Lt. Dharmendrabhai Gadhvi & Dipakbhai Gadhvi in the segment of Brass & Metal Cmponents. Later in 2008, their sons Prahant Gadhvi and Vishal Gadhvi joined the group & refreshed the business with fresh energy and global vision to breeze in international market to fulfill the huge demand of brass & metal components throughout the world.

Previously, we were doing manufacturing on a small scale and used to do contract manufacturing for exporters. After some years, we learnt deeply about the industry from inside and gained expertise. It made us serve in some large companies worldwide. We are and always have been the one stop solution for your any short term or even sustainable needs of Brass & Metal. How we Work

Manufacturing Process

We have facility to produce advance work for various industrial applications based on
specially developed technology.

Raw Material

First step of production is to purchase the raw material (Brass Rods) form our trusted and verified supplier. Material has to be purchased as per the standard material grade or customer's specification

Manufacturing

Manufacturing process is likely to be - Threading, Drilling, Facing, Milling and Cutting. In this process expert engineers are responsible for taking care of measurement, dimensions and quality checking of products.

Quality Control

As soon as finfished products are produced, they are sent to QC Department. Quality Control Supervisor will check all dimensions and measurements on the basis of various quality checking methods.

Packaging

Each order or suborder is directed to a particular packing location. The completeness of whole order can be checked here optionally. Than the packing list gets printed to be included into the packing and the whole order is packed.
